Meet Stacey!

Hi, I’m Stacey — owner and founder of Mandelic Medical Aesthetics in Waterford, Ontario.

I studied at the International Beauty Institute in Hamilton and hold certifications in Medical Aesthetics, Basic Aesthetics, Nail Services, Laser Treatments, and more. Continuing education has always been incredibly important to me. The aesthetics industry is constantly evolving, which is why I attend both online and in-person training every year to stay current with new technologies, techniques, treatments, and skincare education.

Why I Created Mandelic

Over the years, I’ve seen so many people spend hundreds — sometimes thousands — of dollars on skincare products and treatments that simply didn’t deliver the results they were hoping for. Not because they weren’t trying, but because they didn’t have the right guidance.

I created Mandelic to change that.

Here, education comes first.

I believe in helping you understand what your skin actually needs, why it behaves the way it does, and how we can work together to create meaningful, long-term improvements. My approach is never about pushing products or treatments. You’ll never feel rushed, pressured, or sold to — just supported, educated, and confident in the decisions you’re making for your skin.

A Little About Me Outside the Spa

When I’m not at Mandelic, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, reading, gardening, cooking, enjoying a good campfire, or getting a little too competitive over a board game.

I’m also a major foodie and love discovering new restaurants and hidden gems.

Most importantly, I’m a mom to my two beautiful children, Hugo and Daisy, who are my entire world, along with our two fur babies, Mocha and Molly.

I’m incredibly passionate about supporting local businesses and love exploring everything Norfolk County has to offer. Building Mandelic here has allowed me to become even more connected to this community, and I’m so proud to call it home.
